Returns are free for all orders.

We're happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange on items in their original condition (with tags attached) and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 45 days of purchase.

 

Please note: We are currently transitioning between courier partners, so there may be a slight delay in receiving your return instructions. All returns submitted via our Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase will still be honoured. Thank you for your patience.

How to return?

  • Go to our returns portal with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  • Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return

  • Select your preferred return method and follow the steps to print your own label.

  • Package your items and Schedule a pickup.

After receiving your items, we'll refund your original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days. 

 

If you would like your exchange to be sent ASAP, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

 

Please retain proof of postage so that you have a record of your return

Please note: All returns must be returned in original with original tags and packaging attached. If an item is returned in a condition other than original - we reserve the right to return the item to you and decline your refund or exchange.

Exchanges

Please use the return portal above to request an exchange. Exchanges can be made to a different size, colour or style. 

 

Exchanges will only be sent upon the return of your original order to our warehouse. If you would like your order to be sent as soon as possible we recommend requesting a refund or store credit and placing a new order.
